Greatoo pursues sci-tech innovation as the power of enterprise. It integrates internal and external resources of enterprise from the strategic view and perfects the innovation mechanism and organizational structure to create a favorable environment conducive to innovation to promote the industrialization, commercialization, and proceeds’ maximization of technological innovation achievement for constantly strengthening companies’ core international competitiveness. Meanwhile, Greatoo set up Guangdong province R&D centers of tire mold technologies with the approval of Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The center specializes in R&D of motor tire mold and rubber machinery. Further more with the approval of five ministries of the State Council state-level center of technological development was set up. With the approval of Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the post-doctoral center of scientific research was set up. In cooperation with Guangdong University of technology, Greatoo has built the base of production, teaching, and research of tire mold digital project. In cooperation with Hong Kong Polytechnic, the center of Precision finishing technology of tire mold was set up. In recent years, the achievements of scientific research are fruitful. Many research projects have been included in the state-level Torch Program (a plan to develop new and high technology), state-level project of key technological innovation and state-level project of key new products development. For years Greatoo won the province-level and city-level Prizes of Science and Technology Advancement for many new products and technologies
