At the meeting, Cai Dingbo, the head of the training team, delivered a speech firstly. CAI introduced the basic situation of the company and the Bussiness Division of Tire Molds in detail, publicized the value spirit and development route of the department and encouraged all the new employees to work bravely in their daily work, and deal with the problems in their work actively, so as to lay a solid foundation for their career development. Subsequently, in the staff exchange session, in response to the problems encountered in the work as well as company's cultural activities, Chen Xudong, president of the Federation of University Students, together with Lin Xiaoxu, Lin Ruipeng, two engineers from the training team, answered the questions for everyone one by one, and the forum came to end in a relaxing atmosphere. After that, the new employees also went to visit the corridor in the intelligent workshop, visited the skills operation training zone of Bussiness Division of Tire Molds, and dined in the vegetarian restaurant of the company to experience the traditional culture of the company.
Enhance teamwork spirit through outdoor climbing activities
In order to cultivate the team spirit of new employees in Bussiness Division of Tire Molds and embody the standard of "taking team goals as their own responsibility", on December 30, 20 staffs were organized to participated the outdoor expansion activities by the training team of Bussiness Division of Tire Molds, which was assisted by Chen Xudong, the president of the Federation of University Students. This activity is climbing the mountain after Huayang Taoist temple, and carry out development training in the mountain platform, the new staff will be divided into three groups to compete in the team game contest. The purpose of training is to make everyone intuitively understand that the completion of each job does not depend on a competent person, but requires the close cooperation and assistance of all participants. In the process, new employees are greatly promoted awareness of teamwork. As we can see, the atmosphere of the activity was very lively.
