Continuously Promote the Integration of Informationization and Industrialization and Achieve " Mind in China "—the Recordof Greatoo Passed the Annual Supervision and Audit of the Management System on Integration of Informationization and Industrialization
Createtime：2017-07-07In July 5 to 7, our company ushered 2017 annual audit of the management system on integration of informationization and industrialization. At the meeting, the experts responsible for auditing ofthe fifth Electronics Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and information announced that Greatoo passed the supervision and audit smoothly. At the same time, they expressed admiration for the running conditions of Greatoo’s integration of informationization and industrialization, and its advantages and effectiveness. Finally they agreed to recommend to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that Greatoo can hold management system certificate of integration of informationization and industrialization.
During three-day intensive assessment work, the audit team conducted in-depth and detailed assessment work based on " Assessment Management Rules on Integration of Informationization and Industrialization Management System " and the relevant laws, regulations and other assessment criteria.Around the construction goal of Greatoo，that is "to have the ability to produce efficiently ", the audit group took the methods of sampling survey andconducted a collection of evidence
of our company in the capital investment, personnel protection, equipment and facilities, information resources and information security, implementation process, evaluation and improvement situation, through the many ways such as putting questions, researching information and scene showing. They conducted in-depth interviews with the company's top managers, and representatives of managers and relevant departments, took the relevant statements and data flow information from the information systems, ERP and other systems, conducted a focus on understanding the application and progress made on the enterprise reporting system, quality management system and equipment control system.
Over the past year, the company actively implement the integration of informationization and industrialization，to explore information technology strategy and build a new model of intelligent manufacturing, to carry out intelligent manufacturing research based on the original information technology. Greatoo takes mold manufacturing as the background, to carry out a full set of intelligent tire manufacturing program research , developmentandimplementation, to build the first domestic tire mold intelligent factory at home, and achieved good results.
