And there are 410 employees obtain national vocational qualification certificate in 2016.

In July 17, 2017, the company training center set up examination room in the party branch roomon the second floor of administrative office building in Longgang Road factory, and held the intermediate assembly fitter qualification examination. There are 32 candidates from the company's specific positions, they completed the general ability test module (theoretical test) in the morning, and the professional ability assessment (practice test) in the afternoon. After the examination, the paper and the actual operation of the workpiece will be subject to professional teacher to correct, if pass the exam, the staff can obtain the national vocational qualification certificate, which can be used to apply for national subsidies of promoting skills.

Three skills training classes were opened at the same time, that is, intermediate CNC milling, intermediate CNC lathe and intermediate assembly fitter. And we invited the teacher of Guangzhou Electrical and Mechanical Technician College for the training,which combined theoretical studywith practical courses.According to the plan, the skills training is for a total of 5 weeks, students will participate in skills identification in the fifth week, and receive the skills certificate if through the skills identification.
