On the afternoon of August 26, Xue Zhanhai, the deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee of Yan’an, Shanxi province, Yan Jingjiang, the vice mayor, accompanied by Liu Kunyu, the vice secretary of the municipal Party committee of Guangzhou, visited Greatoo (Guangzhou) Research Institute and were warmly received by our company.

Deputy secretary Xue and vice mayor Yan visited the research and production base of intelligent manufacturing base in Greatoo (Guangzhou) Research Institute. They visited the exhibition area of new products, exhibition area of robots and intelligent manufacturing, invention area of products and knew the company’s scientific innovation, productions and business, the production of the core components of robots and the application of the intelligent manufacturing production line. During the inspection, Xue thought highly of Greatoo’s new achievements in the transformation and upgrading of the company and the development of intelligent manufacturing. He thought that Greatoo (Guangzhou) Research Institute has seized the opportunity of Made in China 2025 and made a step forward in intelligent manufacturing. He emphasized that as the development of new technologies like AI, intelligent manufacturing not only has changed the production line but also the production mode. This change means that the company will turn the priority of the company’s development from products to customers.

Companies need to use new manufacturing technologies, manufacturing molds and manufacturing ideas to solve the problems in the process of transformation and upgrading of the industries. Faced with the domestic economic environment, the company started to invest the research of robots in 2009 and has gradually realized the transformation of industries and mastered a series of core technologies after years’ research. The company has achieved the advanced international level in the core technologies of the controllers and RV reducers of robots and has its own intellectual property rights.
