Greatoo "All Staff Take the Certificate" Training Summary and National Vocational Skills Certificate Issuance Commendation Meeting

On February 28th, Greatoo "All Staff Take the Certificate" training summary and national vocational skills certificate issuance commendation meeting were held in the training center of the company’s Longgang Road factory.  At the conference, there were Vice President Wu Hao, Director Wu Yingxiong, General Manager Zhang Shiqin, Deputy General Manager Fang Shaowei, Deputy General Manager Chen Chuqin, and Lu Chusheng, Vice President of Guangzhou Electromechanical Technician College, and Director Pan Liangxing as well as Deputy Director Chen Yixin, Director Lin Qindi and Deputy Director Lin Kezi of Jieyang City Skills Identification and Guidance Center, Vice President Ni Xiaozhou and Director Ou Shubiao of Jieyang Senior Technical School, as well as project managers, excellent students and representatives of various workers.
The meeting was first delivered by Director Wu Yingxiong. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Jieyang Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center, Guangzhou Electromechanical Technician College and Jieyang Senior Technical School.  He pointed out that in today's era, knowledge and technological development are changing rapidly. As a leading company and a leading enterprise in the industry, the company's board of directors is far-sighted, attaches great importance to the continuous training of the company's talents, pays attention to optimizing the structure of skilled talents, and encourages employees to actively participate in various skills training. The implementation of the "All Staff Take the Certificate" training project not only conforms to the requirements of the development of the times, but also reflects the company's emphasis on talent. In his speech, Director Wu also carried out an inventory of the "three-year training program for all employees": the number of certifications in the company’s production system has grown from 154 to 1,268, and the professional skills team has a significant change in the number; in this 1268 people with certificates, 1053 of the intermediate-level licensees accounted for 83%, and the skill level of the workforce also achieved qualitative changes.  Greatoo has established the "Skills Talent Evaluation Question Bank" and has become the only enterprise in Jieyang City to obtain the qualifications for the test preparation and the test questions. It has been fully affirmed by Jieyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Jieyang City Skill Appraisal Center. In addition, Greatoo established the "Ma Rongyou Processing Center Operator Skills Master Studio", which became the first enterprise in Jieyang City to receive this honor; while Huang Weichun and Ma Rongyou both won the title of "Jieyang City Chief Technician".  And the company has established a team of 9 appraisers participate the professional training organized by company's Jieyang City Skill Appraisal Center and pass the exam, and become the first professional appraisal team in Jieyang City. The training work continued to improve, and Greatoo initially established the "skills training evaluation system". In general, the three-year "All Staff Take the Certificate" training project has many highlights and outstanding achievements, so it has become a model case for corporate training in Guangdong Province, which will also become a milestone in the history of Greatoo. Finally, he asked the Ministry of Manpower to make further achievements in the training work, and encouraged the students to cherish the opportunity and study hard to improve themselves!
Cheng Guang, from the training center, reported on the training of "All Staff Take the Certificate". According to the report, under the leadership of Director Wu Yingxiong, the Human Resources Training Center will carry out skills training with the goal of "one person, one certificate". In 2016, the training center opened a large number of intermediate skills training. In 2017, it supplemented the primary and technician level skills training. In 2018, as a sprint year, it fully implemented the multi-level skills training at the primary, intermediate and technician levels, and realized the development of skills training to a high level.  In the past three years, a total of 19 (44 classes) skills training was carried out, involving 6 operators of machining center operators, assembly fitters, CNC lathes, CNC milling workers, general milling workers, and ordinary lathes. The per capita training was 96 hours, and the training pass rate was 89%, which refreshed year after year. After three years of training and examinations, a total of 1,268 people obtained national vocational skills certificates, and all the front-line employees were certified.
In the joyful music, the leaders presented national vocational skills certificates for technician-level CNC milling, intermediate CNC milling, intermediate assembly fitters and intermediate general-level workers, and awarded prizes for outstanding trainees.
Subsequently, Lu Chusheng, vice president of Guangzhou Electromechanical Technician College, and Director Lin Qindi of Jieyang City Skill Appraisal Center delivered speeches respectively, and highly recognized the plan of "All Staff Take the Certificate in Three Years" policy formulated by our company. Director Lin Qindi also said that with the promotion of various policies, the leadership of the company and the joint efforts of the trainees, the total number of three-year evidence collections of our company is 1,268, and the scale of evidence collection is large and the level of certification is large. It is the guidance of vocational skills appraisal in Jieyang City. This excellent example has repeatedly been promoted to other enterprises, and it is also a model of talent training in the province and even the whole country. 
Vice President Wu Hao concluded his speech and pointed out: In 2016-2018, the Human Resources Training Center, with the support of relevant government departments and relevant institutions, conscientiously implemented the three-year "All Staff Take the Certificate" plan to carry out the skills of employees. Re-engineering and upgrading, improving staff’s ability to find problems and solve problems, is conducive to the improvement of their professional skills and comprehensive quality. It not only demonstrates the strong technical strength of the company, but also provides more skilled and high-quality technical personnel for our company. In the new year, he hopes that the students will devote themselves to work and study with a more active and serious attitude, work together to make the company's products better and better, and continue to grow bigger and stronger, and create new prospects with practical actions!
