On January 15th, the last meeting of the "Horse Race Mechanism" assistance project was held in the audio-visual training room on the second floor of the intelligent workshop of Zhanqian Road factory. Wu Yingxiong, director of the company's Administrative Manpower, Qiu Yixin, deputy manager of the Human Resources Department, Liao Buyun, deputy director of the Administrative Office, and Chen Xudong, the president of College Student Association, as well as 30 representatives of the dual system students, attended the meeting.
At the meeting, firstly, the project team reported the final results of the project by PowerPoint. As we can see, according to the actual situation, each project team skillfully and flexibly uses the software CAD and floor plan rendering techniques, carefully designs the original "Road Indication Map" and "6S Finishing Schematic Diagram of Tool Car". In addition, they used rendering technology to create the "Improved Aluminum Crucible Trolley", and through the comparison between the two photos before and after the rectification, we can clearly see their improvement and design, which brings convenience, safety and necessity to us in the real work. These PPTs, carrying the painstaking efforts and sweats of the seven groups for more than three months, and was fully affirmed by the leaders present.
The second part of the meeting was the announcement of the results of the assessment of the "Horse Race Mechanism". After more than three months of cumulative points, Chen Jiebo won the first place in the project, Li Xiaoping group won the second place, Yang Songhua group won the third place, and director Wu Yingxiong gave them an award and took a group photo.
Chen Xudong, president of the College Student Association, affirmed everyone’s serious and responsible attitude at the meeting.
