Employee Support Center Held a New Employee Symposium

In order to further implement the purpose of the Employee Support Center to care for employees, better serve new employees and listen to their demands, on the afternoon of November 8, the Employee Support Center and the Human Resources Training Center held a new employee symposium to help new employees answer work and life issues. Zeng Bo, deputy chairman of the Employee Support Center, Chen Xuying and Qiu Yixin, representative of the Human Resources Department, had a face-to-face exchange with new recruits since September.

Before the symposium began, the Human Resources Training Center selected six new employees with excellent test scores and attendance rates from the new employees who participated in this training. The awards were presented at the symposium to encourage them.

After the awards, the symposium entered a pleasant exchange session. New employees actively share their thoughts and opinions about the company since their work. As you can see from the speeches, they are very appreciative of the company's beautiful environment, spacious and bright factory buildings, advanced high-end equipment, solid and friendly colleagues, spacious sports venues, and colorful cultural and sports activities, but there is still some confusion in their life and work, for example, there are new employees asking questions: How long does it take to get a call to record attendance in time? The dormitory fan and electric light are damaged, the faucet is leaking, what is the repair route? Is there a solution for the dormitory without wifi? and so on. In response to the questions raised by the new employees, the Employee Support Center and the Human Resources Department colleagues present at the scene listened carefully and recorded the problems that will be answered on the spot, and registered other issues that need to be contacted by colleagues in other departments to assist in the processing and subsequent answer on the new employee WeChat group.

The staff of the Employee Support Center also shared their work experience in the company for many years. First, the school life is easy, and the work will be under pressure and responsibility, but the pressure and responsibility can make everyone progress. It is necessary to adjust the mentality as soon as possible to adapt to the work; Second, there is still a gap from the theoretical study to the practice of the school. You can learn from the master colleagues and get familiar with the skills requirements in your position as soon as possible.
